Building an Innovative City:


Lalitpur, also known as Patan, is one of the oldest cities in Nepal, renowned for its rich cultural and traditional Newari heritage. However, despite its thriving art, digital innovation, and industrial scenes, the city like other municipalities and cities in Nepal, faces silos in employment opportunities, skills mismatches, and lack of collaboration among sectors. The project seeks to address these issues by conceptualizing and branding Lalitpur as an "Innovation City" that fosters skilling, reskilling, and upskilling initiatives.
